Phil is an accomplished operations and manufacturing executive with more than 25 years of leadership experience across industrial manufacturing, consumer products, and heavy equipment sectors. He currently serves as General Manager at CURRIES / ASSA ABLOY, where he leads the company’s largest hollow metal door and frame manufacturing facility.
A former U.S. Navy Surface Warfare Officer, Phil holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Occupational Safety from Iowa State University and is a certified Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt.
Phil and his wife Amy enjoy spending time on the lake, traveling and trips to Des Moines to spend time with their son, daughter, and son-in-law.
