Ben is a co-owner of 173° Craft Distillery, where he does marketing, social media strategy, and the technology infrastructure that supports day-to-day operations. He also serves as a system administrator for Cerro Gordo County, managing and maintaining critical IT systems that enable reliable local government services.
With multiple degrees in computer technology and more than 15 years of experience in the tech industry, Ben brings a strong foundation in systems administration, problem-solving, and operational execution. His combined background in IT and business ownership provides a balanced perspective—grounded in proven practices while leveraging modern tools to improve efficiency, reliability, and growth.
Outside of work, he enjoys live music with his family, spending time with his dogs, and staying connected to the community through local events and lakeside festivals.
