Krystal Thoe joined ABCM in 2017. She is a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator and currently responsible for operations at Lake Mills Care Center in Lake Mills, Iowa which is a licensed 78 bed facility and Oakwood Care Center in Clear Lake, Iowa which is a licensed 90 bed facility. ABCM has 29 nursing facilities in the state of Iowa and 27 assisted livings. Krystal has over 15 years of Healthcare Leadership experience and prior to working for ABCM she worked for Mercy One North Iowa. Krystal has special education in Geriatrics, Healthcare Leadership, Lean Principals and Methodology, Person Centered Care, Dementia Care, Enterprise Budgeting and Operations and well as Marketing Principals for Healthcare.
Krystal is passionate about the population of individuals she serves and is thankful to work with the Senior population as they are true treasure. She lives in Ventura with her husband Steven, their son Edan and their daughter Eva. They enjoy our Lake in the Summer and can usually be found on their boat evenings and weekends. “I am thrilled to be a part of the Chamber and be able to give back to such a thriving community. This is a wonderful place to settle down, build success, and raise a family. My Husband and I have lived in the area our whole lives and have enjoyed watching Clear Lake evolve into the wonderful place it has become and will continue to be.”
