Thursdays on Main
Thursday, 6-9 PM | Downtown Clear Lake
Live music, classic cars, bounce houses, vendors, shopping, and downtown energy return as Thursdays on Main! This week: live music with The Kraft Brothers & Clear Lake Police Department activities including a photo cut out stand, alcohol impairment glasses, their 1958 police car, a current police car, and members of the North Iowa Domestic and Sexual Abuse Community Coalition.
ILYA Dinghy Week
Opti Championship July 24-26; X Boat Championship July 26-29; Melges-15 Championship July 29-August 1 | Clear Lake Yacht Club
The Clear Lake Yacht Club is hosting ILYA Dinghy Week in partnership with the Inland Lake Yachting Association (ILYA), bringing sailors from across the region to Clear Lake. This multi-day regatta features several championship fleets racing throughout the week. Each fleet races on its own course, so you’ll see activity on the water throughout each day as different groups compete during Dinghy Week.
Chamber Golf FUNdraiser
Friday, 10:30 AM- 5 PM | Clear Lake Area Chamber of Commerce
4-person, 9-hole best shot tournament. Everyone is invited to stop out to Hole #1 tee for the First Mates “What the Duck” fundraiser where you can purchase chances to win great prizes, and join our member social at 4pm (all Chamber members are welcome, even if you’re not golfing!).
Art Sail in the Park
Saturday, 9 AM-4 PM | City Park & Clear Lake Arts Center
Stroll through rows of talented local and regional artists, groove to live music, and treat yourself to delicious eats from a variety of food vendors in the park, then head over to the Clear Lake Arts Center, where the fun continues—free face painting, and more exciting art!
