We’re thrilled to share that Stacy Doughan I.O.M., President and CEO of the Clear Lake Area Chamber of Commerce, has graduated from the U.S. Chamber of Commerce’s Institute for Organization Management! Stacy’s hard work and dedication have earned her the distinguished IOM Graduate Recognition. This milestone reflects her completion of 96 credit hours of nonprofit management courses over four years and sets her apart as a leader committed to excellence in our community.
Institute graduates are recognized nationwide for their expertise and impact, and Stacy is no exception. “These leaders bring the skills and drive to elevate their organizations and industries,” said Raymond P. Towle, IOM, CAE, the U.S. Chamber’s vice president of Institute for Organization Management.
The Institute program has been building strong, innovative leaders since 1921. Over four weeklong sessions held at top universities, participants tackle courses in leadership, advocacy, marketing, finance, and membership. This hands-on learning gives graduates like Stacy the tools to supercharge their organizations and better serve their communities.
“No question this 4-year program has helped me better serve our community and organization. It’s also provided the opportunity to build some pretty special friendships,” said Doughan.
Stacy’s achievement is a big win for Clear Lake! Her leadership continues to shape the Chamber into a dynamic resource for local businesses and a force for economic vitality.
Please join us in congratulating Stacy on this incredible accomplishment!
