Jennifer Larsen has served as the City Clerk for the City of Clear Lake since her appointment by the City Council in March 2007. She began her career with the City in 2002 as Office Clerk and was later appointed Deputy City Clerk before assuming her current role.
Jennifer is active professionally through the Iowa League of Cities, Iowa Municipal Finance Officers Association and the North Iowa City Clerks Association. In addition to her involvement with First Mates, Jennifer is also a member of the Clear Lake Rotary Club, a Clear Lake TRI Committee Member, and serves as the Chairperson for the Harvest Festival Committee.
When she is not volunteering with the Chamber or supporting community events, Jennifer enjoys spending time with her family & friends and staying involved in the Clear Lake community.
A native of Eagle Grove, Jennifer lives in Clear Lake with her husband, Mike. They have three grown children and four grandchildren.
