Board of Directors

Andy is a 2007 graduate of Iowa State University where he majored in Architecture. After college he and his wife Jamie moved to Clear Lake where Andy began working for Bergland + Cram Architects and later became a partner in 2012. Andy wears many hats for B+C. Aside from the day-to-day management of the firm he is often in the foreground of some of the largest building projects throughout our area, while also in the background of many of the custom homes you see throughout our community.

Outside of architecture, Andy is a farm-kid at heart. So much so that he and his wife started ‘Plain Ol’ Pumpkins’ just outside of Clear Lake in 2019. When not in the office, you can usually find him working on the farm or building the next creative activity for their guests to enjoy in the Fall.

In addition to serving on the Clear Lake Area Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors, Andy is the current chair and long-standing board member of the Newman Catholic Foundation, as well as a member and past president of the Clear Lake Noon Lions.
