Tips, highlights, and insider info for Oct. 4, 2025
Harvest Festival is back for its 21st year and we’re ready to sip, shop, stomp, and celebrate all things fall in downtown Clear Lake! Whether you snagged an Experience Bag or just plan to stroll the vendor market, this guide has everything you need to know for making the most of the day.
Experience Bag Pickup
If you preordered your Harvest Festival Experience Bag, you can pick it up early at the Chamber office (306 Main Ave.) on Thursday, October 2 and Friday, October 3, or on festival day at the Lakeview Room from 10 a.m.–3 p.m.
Each bag includes your souvenir glass, supporter pass with access to the virtual coupon book, gourmet popcorn from Lillie Mae Chocolates, a 32 oz. wine decanter, wooden coaster set, and free hayrack rides.
Champagne 5K: Run, Walk, or Stroll
The festival kicks off bright and early with the Champagne 5K Fun Run/Walk/Wag/Stroll at 9 a.m. This year, the start/finish line moves to in front of Elly’s, where they’ll be opening their doors at 8 a.m. (Registration and packet pick-up remain at the Lakeview Room.) Expect costumes, flannel, and a celebratory toast at the finish line. Register online or same day registration at the Lakeview Room from 8 a.m. – 8:45 a.m.
️Shop the Market
From 9 a.m.–4 p.m., Main Avenue transforms into a massive outdoor market featuring even more vendors this year, along with a bustling farmers market. Browse local goods, handmade crafts, seasonal produce, and food trucks galore. Don’t forget to stop into downtown shops too — many will feature special fall displays and deals.
Music All Day
Clear Lake knows how to keep the soundtrack going. This year’s Main Stage headliner is She’s With Us from 1-4 p.m., and you can catch plenty more live music throughout downtown all afternoon including:
-
10:30 a.m.–1 p.m. Nova Jazz
-
1:30–4 p.m. Last Minute Combo
Plus, look for more live music at venues and stages throughout downtown during the day. Whether you’re shopping the market or relaxing with friends, there will be a soundtrack for your fall Saturday.
Sip & Savor
From 12–4 p.m., Experience Bag holders can use their souvenir glasses to sample wine, beer, cider, and spirits from a record-setting 20+ wineries and breweries along Main Avenue. It’s the ultimate way to celebrate fall flavors with friends.
Activities & Contests
There’s plenty to do beyond sipping and shopping! Don’t miss the Salsa Contest, the always-hilarious Grape Stomp Competition, fall photo ops, food trucks, and free hayrack rides with your supporter pass.
Make It a Fall Tradition
Whether you’re competing in the grape stomp, cheering on your friends in the 5K, or browsing through the vendor booths, Clear Lake’s Harvest Festival is the perfect way to spend a fall Saturday. Mark your calendar for October 4th and join us downtown for a day full of flavor, fun, and community spirit.
