The Clear Lake Signature Cocktail contest was held in August, 2015. The winning drink was created by Diana Symonds, realtor with McQuaid Agency. Her cocktail, the “Clear Lake Breezer,” was voted the winner by a panel of 5 judges. Scoring was based on appearance, creativity of drink name, taste, representation of Clear Lake, and ease of creation.
