We are working on the 2018 issue of the award-winning visitor guide, Destination Clear Lake, and we need your help. As in years past, YOUR opinion is what counts as we compile the incredible list for ‘best of Clear Lake.’
Every year, Clear Lake is flooded with tourists. Some stay only for a few days, while others spend their entire summer here. Either way, it can be rather daunting when you’re not totally familiar with a place. I worry that visitors might get overwhelmed and lost in the abyss of unknown information.
How will they know who has the best beer or wine selection in town? Or where to go for a romantic date night? Families come from all over the Midwest and spend their summer vacation at Clear Lake, they won’t magically know the best kid-friendly restaurant.
So it’s your duty to shout it from the rooftops!!
Okay… so technically you’re just filling out a survey online. Still, you can pretend you’re shouting it from the rooftops as you fill out the form. Maybe add in a fist pump for good measure?
It’s quite simple, really. Click on this link https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/KCFFN6C and follow the prompts to take you through the questions. You must fill out 50% of the survey PLUS leave your name and contact info.
Why, you ask? Well, we need your info because every entry with 50% or more of the questions completed will be entered to WIN an awesome Clear Lake prize package which includes a fleece blanket AND Chamber bucks!

Winners will be announced via shouting from the rooftop on Main Avenue…. Wait, I’ve got that wrong. Announcement will actually be made via social media on November 30th. However, we will pretend we’re on the rooftops because here at the Clear Lake Chamber, we like to live dangerously.
Or something like that.
