Mark Dodd is the CEO of One Vision. One Vision is a nonprofit organization serving nearly 250 individuals of all abilities across 12 north Iowa communities to live and work in the community so they may achieve greater independence through personal choice and community involvement. Prior to joining One Vision, Mark was the Executive Director of the North Iowa Transition Center. Mark has over 35 years of experience across the mental health, substance abuse and intellectual disability fields.
Mark has volunteered in a variety of ways to improve the communities in which he lives and works. In addition to serving currently on the Clear Lake Chamber of Commerce Board, these volunteer activities have included serving on the Board of Directors for the Mason City Community School District; as a youth sports coach; on the Mason City High School Instrumental Music Boosters; on the Purpose committee for the City of Mason City BlueZones project; and on the Board of Directors for the North Iowa Transition Center. Mark and his wife, Shannon, live in Mason City. They have three adult daughters.
