Mark Dodd joined One Vision as Chief Operating Officer in August 2017, and assumed the role of Chief Executive Officer in January 2020. One Vision is a nonprofit organization which provides services to nearly 600 individuals of all abilities across 30 north Iowa communities, so they may achieve greater independence through personal choice and community involvement. Prior to joining One Vision, Mark was the Executive Director of the North Iowa Transition Center. Mark has over 20 years of management experience across the mental health, substance abuse and intellectual disabilities fields.
Mark has volunteered in a variety of ways to improve the communities in which he lives and works. In addition to serving currently on the Clear Lake Chamber of Commerce board, these volunteer activities have included: serving on the Board of Directors for the Mason City Community School District; serving as a youth sports coach for 19 years; serving on the Mason City High School Instrumental Music Boosters; serving on the Purpose committee for the City of Mason City BlueZones project; and serving on the Board of Directors for the North Iowa Transition Center. Mark and his wife, Shannon, live in Mason City. They have three adult daughters, Maddison, Emily and Sarah.
